Douglas Burden

A graduate of the Eastman School of Music, Douglas has been bass trombonist with the National Arts Centre Orchestra since 1972. He was a member of the Ottawa Symphony Orchestra for seventeen years, and is currently on faculty at both McGill University and the University of Ottawa. Mr. Burden is a Yamaha Performing Artist and as a freelance musician he has performed with the Montreal Symphony Orchestra and the Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra. Douglas performs on a YBL622 Bass Trombone and a YSL682B Large bore tenor trombone.
